Return & Refund Policy
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging whenever possible. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if:
We will evaluate the issue and work with you to provide a replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution.
If a product breaks during normal use within 30 days of purchase due to a manufacturing defect, we will replace the item one time at no additional cost.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

Products damaged through misuse, abuse, neglect, or accidental damage
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different item is to request a return for the original item and place a new order once the return has been approved.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times vary by financial institution, but most refunds are completed within 10 business days after approval.
